The Story Behind the Distraction
Red Herring started in a garage in Portland back in 2019, when our founder got tired of jeans that told you exactly what they were before you even put them on. The name isn’t just clever wordplay. We source our denim from a small mill in North Carolina that’s been weaving since 1947, then add our own twists in small batches right here in Oregon.
